Information we process
We process your login email, display name, authentication records, language preference, connected-account identifiers, and service settings. Google sign-in provides the identity information needed to create or access your account.
With your authorization, we process TikTok profile and video information, available audience and engagement statistics, and authorization credentials. We also process destination URLs, brand and project information, uploaded media, captions, publishing schedules and task results that you submit.
How we use data
We use this information to provide account access, create link anchors and projects, publish requested content, synchronize reports, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain security. Connected-account and project access is restricted to the authorized customer.
TikTok authorization
Credentials are handled server-side and stored encrypted. You can disconnect a linked account in the workspace or revoke its permissions in TikTok.
Payments and service providers
We do not sell personal information or TikTok data. We share information only as needed to provide requested features, operate the service, comply with law or protect users. Hosting, identity and payment providers process the information needed for their services; see Service providers.
When payments are enabled, the checkout provider processes payment details. TKAI Tool stores transaction references, billing status and subscription dates, not full payment-card numbers. The applicable provider is identified before payment.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for the requested service, account security and legitimate billing or legal needs. Analytics history is subject to the service retention window, currently generally 90 days; coverage and availability may be limited. Disconnecting an account stops its authorization being used for new work.
You may request deletion at privacy@tkaitool.com. After verification, we normally complete deletion or de-identification from active systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal obligations. Limited security, transaction and dispute records may be retained where required. See Data deletion for the process.
Security, cookies and your choices
We use HTTPS, access controls, encrypted credential storage, session cookies and operational monitoring. Local storage remembers your language choice. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens to support.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Privacy questions and rights requests: privacy@tkaitool.com.
