Disconnect or revoke access
In Account connections, disconnect your TikTok account to stop using that authorization. You can also revoke access in TikTok settings under connected apps and services. Revocation does not remove videos already published on TikTok.
Request deletion
Email privacy@tkaitool.com with the subject TKAI Tool Data Deletion Request. Include your registered email, connected TikTok username if relevant, and the data you want removed. If available, you may also use the account deletion control in your signed-in workspace. Do not send passwords, card numbers or access tokens.
Verification and scope
We may verify ownership before deleting login details, authorization credentials, submitted media, project data or analytics within the scope of your request. We normally complete verified deletion or de-identification from active systems within 30 days, unless legal obligations require otherwise. We explain any records that must be retained for security, accounting or disputes.
Billing and existing publications
Cancel future paid subscription renewals in billing before requesting account deletion. Deletion does not recall content already delivered to TikTok or other recipients; manage published content on the relevant platform. Limited legally required transaction records may remain.
